02 / PROPOSED

Workbench’s Bright Plaza

A reconstruction of the CP26-0104 preliminary massing proposal: 281 affordable homes with ground-floor commercial space. It is a study of the submitted form, not a depiction of a final approved building.

Heights and outlines are tied to the source notes where dimensions are available. Roof shapes, façades, materials, planting and street details include visual estimates. The model is not a survey, and the lighting is illustrative.
